Once you've linked accounts (see Linking accounts across agencies), switching between them is one click.
- Open your dashboard.
- In the sidebar, find the Linked accounts section.
- Click Switch next to the agency you want to enter.
- You'll be signed into that agency's portal at its subdomain. The dashboard, course list, and certificates will reflect that agency.
Switching does not log you out of the originating agency in any permanent way — you can switch back the same way.
If a linked account shows a small verify tag, the 30-day verification window has expired. Click Switch anyway — the system will prompt you for the password to re-verify, then complete the switch.
