If you forgot your password:
- Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email you signed up with.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link — it's valid for a limited time.
You can also ask the assistant "send me a reset link" while signed in. It only sends to the email on file for your account — for security, you can't redirect the link to a different address.
If the email never arrives, an admin at your agency can issue a manual reset.
