If a quiz auto-submitted before you were done, your browser crashed mid-attempt, or you simply want to retake from scratch and the course allows retakes, ask the assistant: "reset my quiz attempts on the X module" (replace X with the module name).
The assistant will:
- Confirm which course module you mean.
- Clear your prior quiz attempts on that module.
- Reset that module's progress so the LMS sees it as not-yet-attempted.
If a certificate has already been issued for the parent course, the assistant will refuse — you've already been credited and retaking won't change anything.
Some courses have per-quiz retake limits set by the agency that owns them. Those limits still apply: if you've already hit the cap, the assistant will say so.
