If you have accounts at more than one agency on Nuvola, you can link them so:
- Switching between them is a single click in the dashboard sidebar.
- All of your training records aggregate into one transcript view (each agency's content stays attributed correctly — the link is presentation, not a merge).
- Your siblings can see each other's certificates and training records (linked-account scope only — never anyone else's).
How linking works
Two paths:
- Same email at both corps: the assistant detects this and shows a "Suggested links" entry in your sidebar. Click Link, enter the password for the other-corp account once, and it's tied to yours.
- Different emails: from your dashboard sidebar, click Add account, enter the other corp's email + password. We verify by signing into the other account, then store the link.
We don't store the password itself — only the verified link.
Re-verification every 30 days
For security, links expire 30 days after the last password verification. You'll see a "verify" tag on stale links in your sidebar; clicking Switch on a stale link prompts for the password and then completes the switch in the same flow.
Removing a link
Click the ✕ button next to the linked account in your sidebar. You can re-link any time with the password.
