COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course will instruct the student on different investigative techniques to target these street drug traffickers, drug locations and drug houses. The student will learn how to establish probable cause to search and arrest these drug traffickers, without buying drugs. The course will cover testifying in court. The investigative techniques taught can be used by plainclothes officers, uniformed officers or with them working together. These techniques can be put to use on the officer’s next shift.
